and wun1gee, I agree with you 100%. The 3.5 and 3.7 are definitely not that fast, but that being said, who the hell cares. You don’t buy hummers for speed, so all of you who complain about it can all go to hell. And my H3 with the 3.7 gets better gas mileage than my friends Toyota Land Cruiser, so all you tree huggers can suck on that too. stfu and stop hating.

Since when did an SUV need to be fast? I mean..buy a Lightning and put a camper shell on it if you want a fast SUV? Go oldschool and buy a Typhoon? An Xtreme Blazer maybe? I don’t think anyone’s ever advertised the H3 as doing 0-60 in 4.1 seconds.
It does what it was designed to do well. Offroad.
0-60’s rated at 11 seconds, or 8.4 for the Alpha. That’s really not that bad. Compare it to an ‘07 Rubicon at 11.1 second 0-60…It’s a low-geared offroad vehicle, not a Porche Cayenne…
I did test drive one of those recently. I agree, it really is a slow piece of shit with some really bad blind spots. This is why I will stick with my 2006 Subaru WRX STi. It is a fast non pos with pretty much minor to no blind spots.
